All payments made to Female Film Club are final and non refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where an error has been made by Female Film Club.
This policy applies to all Female Film Club products, services and activities, including, but not limited to:
All Film Fund application fees are non refundable once payment has been made.
Securing a place or paying an application fee does not require an applicant to complete their submission immediately. Where the relevant application period remains open, applicants may complete their application at any time before the stated final submission deadline.
Choosing not to complete or submit an application after payment has been made does not entitle the applicant to a refund.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that they meet the relevant eligibility requirements and are able to complete their application before making payment.
Membership payments are non refundable once charged.
Members may cancel a recurring membership in accordance with the cancellation options associated with their membership plan. Cancellation prevents future eligible renewal charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for membership fees already paid or for a membership period that has already begun.
Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Payments for in person events, online events, workshops, programmes, mentoring sessions, tickets and other Female Film Club activities are non refundable if a participant subsequently decides not to attend or participate.
Where Female Film Club cancels an event, programme or paid activity and is unable to provide the purchased service or a suitable alternative, we will assess the appropriate remedy, which may include a refund where required.
While our payments are generally non refundable, we want everyone engaging with Female Film Club to receive as much value and support as possible.
If you are experiencing difficulties with your membership, application, programme or another Female Film Club service, please contact us before giving up on the process.
Where appropriate, our team will be happy to assist you, talk through the issue, arrange a call, help you navigate the process or explore reasonable ways we can support you in making use of what you have purchased.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or that an error has been made by Female Film Club, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where we confirm that a payment was taken as a result of an error on our part, we will correct the error and issue any refund that is due.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
