5 day visualisation challenge

In five days you will be on a journey that will help you explore your future vision and goals and get tools to get closer to them. 



 Why Visualisation? 

1. To be able to achieve your goals you first need to be clear on what you want. 


What does the life you want to live look like? 


2. Second, you need the tools to visualise the life you want.

Throughout this challenge you'll be guided with clear steps and

new tools that will help you train your brain to see things differently. 

We believe that simple + effective practises done regularly will make the real difference and help us step into our true potential. 


Visualisation sounds a bit woo-woo? It's actually backed by science. You see, every day we get around 120.000 pieces of information, if we would be conscious about all of them we'd go mad. So everyone has an RAS (Reticular Activating System) which is a filter that decides what things we consciously see, hear, smell etc. Ever talked about a brand and suddenly you see it everywhere? It didn't suddenly 'appear' there, you became conscious about it. 


Visualisation enables you to allow different things to come through your RAS. What opportunities are you blocking out because they don't align with how you currently see the world? By consistent practise your brain will recognize things that you weren't conscious of before and you'll see new possibilities and solutions. 



By the end of the challenge:

  • You've defined a strong and compelling vision for yourself
  • You've put the practises in place to stay consistent
  • You made a vision board that connects that vision to the non-logical part of your brain. For a creative not everything needs to make sense and seeing certain words, images or colours can remind you of your vision.
  • You've made a road map where you define possible challenges and solutions to overcome them.
  • You've made true connections with a group of women on the same journey as you and build a support system that will help you not only for these 5 days but for your full journey.



Why this challenge?

In the FFC we believe that we are only 2mm away from creating those changes in our life that will help us make the real differences and step into our true potential. We want you to achieve your goals for 2023 and truly step into your full potential. 


Let this challenge be the start or continuation towards creating the life you want. Throughout this challenge you will be guided with clear steps and new tools that will help you train your brain to see things differently and as a result get a step closer towards more joy, that successful feature film or life you desire.


The tools you will learn throughout this challenge will give you clarity on what you want to achieve and visualise the life you want to live. 



  This challenge is for you if:

● You want to define a clear roadmap for 2023 that is inspiring and personal to you.

● You enjoy having accountability from likeminded women in film.

● You want to learn new techniques to make those 2mm changes on a regular basis. 

● You change from goal to goal, often short term and are ready to really commit to sticking to a goal that serves your higher vision.

● You are struggling being consistent with your daily routing and want to find one that really works for you.

● You are open minded and ready to dive into a new transformative experience.

● Whether you regularly meditate and work on your mindset or if you're completely new to it, we'll make sure this works for you, as we will be going through each step with you.





Day 1:  Wheel of Life

👉Taking inventory of our current situation

👉Deciding what stays and what goes (habits, beliefs, environment etc.)

👉GOING INWARDS; What is my version of happiness?

Theory (what's the science behind all this?)
Sharing 




Day 2: Your Future Self

👉How do I see myself in 5 years and in 6 months? (It’s so easy to go to the far away ideal version, but how is the 6 month version of you on it's way there?)
👉Connecting with your higher self, what inner wisdom do you have?
👉What are you truly capable of doing?
👉Taking responsibility and ownership
👉Releasing limiting beliefs that keep you goal small

Visualisation
EFT Tapping
Journaling
Discussion 



Day 3: Expand and make your vision tangible
👉Translating visions, feelings and idea's into a vision board
👉Connecting with your inner child and your playful creative
👉Enjoying your creativity and surprising yourself with your artistry

Visualisation
Making a vision board
Sharing and brainstorming
 


Day 4: Clarity and specificity 

After letting your mind roam free it's time to get clear and making your vision a reality.
👉Set your goal in a specific time, with a specific goal that you have control over and is measurable
👉Declare your goal and having the group being accountable to each other
👉Learn theory and science behind achievable outcomes and turning visions into goals into reality.
👉Practice in overcoming obstacles on your way to your goal
👉Keeping your faith and confidence not just when you're motivated, but consistently through the year.

Day 5:  Consistency and Commitment

May sound boring but it is an essential key to reach your goals
👉Preparing yourself for the road to success
👉What are the consequences and results of staying consistent and committed?
👉Practice in overcoming obstacles on your way to your goal
👉Releasing blocks that keep you from being consistent

Bonus Day 6: Gratitude

👉Create your own gratitude practise you can get back to any time

👉Allow yourself to process the week and connect with the group

Why this is important
Your brain doesn't know the difference between literally 'doing' an action or 'visualising' an action.

If you visualise yourself overcoming obstacles and getting to your goal you won't even be surprised or have a barrier when they come up, your brain is trained to overcome them making the road so much easier and fun!
