6 Day Visualisation Challenge

Visualise and create a clear pathway for 2023

We start Monday January 9th!


Always wanted to create a habit of regular meditation, journaling and goalsetting but it never worked out? Because of time, lack of accountability or you simply forgot amidst the thousands of things on your to-do list?


In 6 days we'll create with you a new road to success, personal to your dreams, goals and creativity and make sure you actually walk the walk. You'll be supported not only by us but by a community of likeminded women. 


6 days of 1,5h live sessions. 

Monday 9th- Friday 13th + Monday 16th January
Time: 6.30-8.00PM GMT (UK TIME)


All sessions are recorded and you will be able to watch them back in January. This means you can join the sessions and also do them in your own time while still having accountability and support from other members in the challenge.

Why Visualisation?

To be able to achieve your goals you first need to be clear on what you want.

If you wander through life without clarity on where you're heading you end up 'reacting' to your environment rather than 'creating' opportunities. 


What does the life you want to live look like? 

What do you do on a daily basis? Who do you spend time with? How do you make your money? 

Second, you need the tools to visualise the life you want.

To be able to achieve your goals you first need to be clear on what you want.

Throughout this challenge you'll be guided with clear steps and

new tools that will help you train your brain to see things differently. 

We believe that simple + effective practises done regularly will make the real difference and help us step into our true potential. 


We'll work with you on creating a consistent practise in meditation and journaling and guide you through EFT Tapping. We'll also keep going back to the play element. You're a creative, so we're not going with a corporate approach. Expect, music, dance, drawing and other forms to get to your intuition and out of your head. 

Visualisation sounds a bit woo-woo?

 It's actually backed by science. You see, every day we receive around 120.000 pieces of information, if we would be conscious about all of them we'd go mad. 

So everyone has an RAS (Reticular Activating System) which is (simplified) a filter that decides what things we consciously see, hear, smell etc. Ever talked about a brand and suddenly you see it everywhere? It didn't suddenly 'appear' there, you became conscious about it. 


Visualisation enables you to allow different things to come through your RAS. What opportunities are you blocking out because they don't align with how you currently see the world? By consistent practise your brain will recognize things that you weren't conscious of before and you'll see new possibilities and solutions. 

By the end of the challenge:

 

  • You've defined a strong and compelling vision for yourself.
  • You've put the practises in place to stay consistent working towards it.
  • You made a vision board that connects that vision to the non-logical part of your brain. For a creative not everything needs to make sense word wise, and seeing certain words, images or colours can remind you of your vision.
  • You are aware of thoughts that are holding you back and know how to reframe them.
  • You've made a road map where you name possible challenges and find solutions to overcome them.
  • You've made true connections with a group of women on the same journey as you and build a support system that will help you not only for these 5 days but for your full journey.

Yes! Your brain doesn't know the difference between literally 'doing' an action or 'visualising' an action.

If you visualise yourself overcoming obstacles and getting to your goal you won't even be surprised or have a barrier when obstacles come up, your brain is trained to overcome them making the road so much easier and fun!

Day 1:  Wheel of Life

👉GOING INWARDS; What is my version of happiness?

Day 2: Your Future Self

👉How do I see myself in 5 years and in 6 months? (It’s so easy to go to the far away ideal version, but how is the 6 month version of you on it's way there?)

👉What are you truly capable of doing?
👉Taking responsibility and ownership
👉Releasing limiting beliefs that keep you goal small

Day 3: Expand and make your vision tangible

Day 4: Clarity and specificity 

After letting your mind roam free it's time to get clear and making your vision a reality.

👉Learn theory and science behind achievable outcomes and turning visions into goals into reality.
👉Practice in overcoming obstacles on your way to your goal
👉Keeping your faith and confidence not just when you're motivated, but consistently through the year.

May sound boring but it is an essential key to reach your goals

  • Yes, you can pay in 2 instalments of £65, or pay in full £129.
  • In Dollars that is one payment of $148, or 2 payments of £75.

  • You can use this as a business expense in most countries if you work in the film industry, register it under 'education'.


If you scroll up you see day by day what you learn. In general terms, you learn to listen to your intuition, develop a regular practise of journaling and meditation and learn other skills that can help relieve anxiety and release limiting beliefs such as EFT Tapping, NLP and movement.

From Monday to Friday we'll go through a period of growth, every day focussing on something else. Chances are big that you are flying high on Saturday, are processing on Sunday and on Monday there's probably some questions that have come up. We want to make sure there is an appropriate closing and implementation of everything you've learned and discovered and doing this after a weekend turns out to be extremely beneficial. 


You'll be surrounded by other women in the film industry from all over the world. Every one of them will come with their unique way of seeing the world that you can learn from. We often hear that the community and support during this week is unlike anything else. 


Any device with internet will do, it's all online so you can join from wherever you are. If you're coming from work and have to listen in without camera, absolutely fine. If you have to leave earlier because of your yoga class, all good. 


Nope, this is a visualisation challenge. We challenge you to visualise with us for 6 days. Next to that we practise different skills like journaling, EFT Tapping and movement to get you to release blocks, limiting beliefs and anxiety. These have profound effects but they are here so you can use that skill for yourself, how you want it, when you want it. Some attendees said that this challenge has been life changing, however that's a side effect of playing all out and being at the right time in the right place with the right people. We are not attempting to change your whole life in these 6 sessions. 


Still have doubts?

Let's address them;

In the past two rounds we had two type of women joining us;


  • The one that barely did any meditation before. You're curious to try something new or in a new way.
  • The one that goes on and off practises of journaling/meditation. You're keen to get guidance and consistent. 
  • The one that has a regular practise. You are keen to dive deeper, discuss and get the support of releasing blocks in a community.


For all three there is more than enough experience and challenges to grow. Some members are joining for the third time as you can always peel off another layer and go deeper. 


If you're completely new to any of it, that's sometimes the most exciting place to start as we see so much clarity and enthusiasm when you notice what tools really work for you. 


We cannot decide for you if you are going to love it or not, but we can say that you'll be discovering something new with an extraordinary group of women that support each other throughout.  


That's absolutely ok! Trying something new always has an unknown element to it which is scary. 


Realise this: your current habits and beliefs got you this far, if you want to go further, you have to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. 


And whether you're introverted or shy, know that many others in the challenge are exactly the same! We're all in this together, there's no competition or doing it the 'right' way. There's only your way!


Absolutely, in that case, throughout the week we will make your goal so crystal clear that there is no other way but to achieve it. You will find ways to get enthusiastic about it when things are against you. You'll prepare for challenges ahead and see them coming and you'll make your vision clear not only in words but in a visual way and if it suits you with movement and music. You'll also find others to be accountable to and to turn to for support when you're on your way achieving it.
